The product

Alder Themes sells website template source code. What each template contains is described on its product page; the live demo shows exactly what you get. Demo content (texts, images, business details) is fictional and meant to be replaced.

Purchase & license

Checkout is operated by our merchant of record, who is the seller of record for your transaction. Your use of a purchased template is governed by the license that ships with it (see theLicense page for a summary) — one user, lifetime updates, unlimited projects, no resale or redistribution of the template itself.

Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate: private repository access and/or a downloadable archive. Keep your access credentials to yourself; sharing them outside your license is a breach of it.

Fair use of support

Support covers installing and using the template as documented. It does not cover building your client's project for you — though we will happily point you in the right direction.

Changes

We may update these terms as the store evolves; the version published here applies to new purchases from its publication date.
