Refund Policy

Templates are source code, delivered in full the moment you buy — there is no way to "return" code you have already received. For that reason, all sales are generally final.

When we do refund

If a template is genuinely broken — it does not install or build as documented on a supported environment — contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will first try to fix the issue (usually the fastest path); if we cannot make it work as advertised, we will refund you in full.

What we do not refund

Change of mind, buying the wrong template for your use case, incompatibility with tools outside the documented stack, or issues caused by your own modifications. Reading the template page, the live demo and the FAQ before buying is the best protection here.

How to ask

Email support@alderthemes.com with your order ID and a description (and ideally the error output). Refunds are processed by our payment provider (merchant of record) back to your original payment method.
